Produced in the Guji Region near the town of Shakiso. The beans are an natural heirloom grown between 1800-2200 meters of elevation. Ethiopia produces some of the most vibrant coffee from small family owned coffee farms. This coffee is always featured as a medium roast to preserve the delicate flavor profile.
